Retail shop relocated in The Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk: A former multi-tenant space converted into a single tenant storefront. New infrastructure to support the renovated space and upgraded façade to reflect the current tenants branding.

The West Suburban YMCA project was an addition to the existing facility that included a six-lane competition swimming pool, a gymnasium with overhead running track, and a new women's locker room with sauna and steam room. The project also included selective renovation of the exiting building. 

 The architecture of the new addition compliments and enhances the existing 1902 building while housing all the amenities of a state-of-the-art YMCA.

Adaptive reuse of an existing garage and service center. Located at the entrance to the South Bay retail shopping center. Provided all new utility systems and infrastructure. Reclad exterior building frame and added retail windows, lighting and signage.
