West Suburban YMCA | Newton, MA

 

Client: City of Newton

Size: 35,000 s.f.

The West Suburban YMCA project was an addition to the existing facility that included a six-lane competition swimming pool, a gymnasium with overhead running track, and a new women's locker room with sauna and steam room. The project also included selective renovation of the exiting building. 

 The architecture of the new addition compliments and enhances the existing 1902 building while housing all the amenities of a state-of-the-art YMCA.  

    Ayr Wellness | Watertown, MA | 2020


    Client: Ayr Wellness

    Size: 4,500 s.f.

    The new cannabis dispensary, previously a floral shop, features silver composite panels, energy-efficient windows, and mid-century modern architectural details. The interior is divided between a commercial retail space on the first floor with a mezzanine for office and storage space.  

     Interior design touches include a modern metal baffle ceiling, terrazzo floors, high-finish cabinetry and display cases, and contemporary lighting.

      Size: 300,000 s.f.

      Transforming a single occupant headquarters into a multi-tenant office building that accommodates major corporations including Raytheon, FIS, SOPHOS.

      • Multiple arrival points due to size 
      • Code compliance to meet egress requirements for multiple tenants 
      • Renovated cafeteria and courtyard to serve new office community 
      • Updated building infrastructure 

        Castleleaf Dispensary | Brighton, MA | 2022

          Seven Mile Shoppes | North Attleboro, MA

           

          Client: Carpionato Group

          Size: 4,650 s.f.

          Retail building in an existing plaza, designed as a mixed-use center. The building was designed to complement other existing buildings on the site.

            Best Western | Waltham, MA | 2018

             

            Client: LaCava Companies

            Size: 2,500 s.f. 

            This Best Western pool was a complete redesign of the previous existing amenity. Both the pool and coping were resurfaced to repair any previous damage and enhance the overall appearance. Updated floors, wall finishes, furniture and lighting were all selected to fit the new interior design. Mechanical and electrical systems were updated to accommodate the new layout and features.

              Tenant modifications to Takeoff headquarters in the Watch Factory Building in Waltham, MA. 

              • Multi-floor headquarters with collaborative gathering spaces
              • Conference and booth options for virtual team building and international meetings
              • Benching workstations 

                Convenient MD | Falmouth, MA

                 

                Client: Caputo Project Delivery Solutions, Corp.

                Size: 5,200 s.f.

                New stand-alone medical office building. The clients standard design had to meet the requirements of the Convenient MD program while satisfying the Falmouth Zoning Board design guidelines.
