This project involved the architectural and interior
transformation of existing spaces into a modern Teen/Community
Center and a dedicated Family Locker Room. The design focused on
creating a vibrant, multi-functional hub for youth social engagement and
academic support, while simultaneously upgrading facility accessibility
for families. The scope included full MEP/FP engineering and interior
design, adhering to the YMCA’s brand standards to deliver a high-impact

The West Suburban YMCA project was an addition to the existing facility that included a six-lane competition swimming pool, a gymnasium with overhead running track, and a new women's locker room with sauna and steam room. The project also included selective renovation of the exiting building.
The architecture of the new addition compliments and enhances the existing 1902 building while housing all the amenities of a state-of-the-art YMCA.
