Newton Food Pantry | Newton, MA

Size: 5,000 s.f.The West Suburban 

  

The Newton Food Pantry project at 131 Rumford Avenue in Auburndale features a single-story, state-of-the-art facility designed to better serve the community with fresh, healthy, and culturally relevant food. The 5,000-square-foot space seamlessly integrates a client choice retail area, administrative offices, high-capacity food storage, walk-in and display freezers, a volunteer sign-in hub, and flexible multi-purpose rooms for community 

    YMCA | Boston, MA

     

    Client: YMCA of Greater Boston


     This project involved the architectural and interior

    transformation of existing spaces into a modern Teen/Community

    Center and a dedicated Family Locker Room. The design focused on

    creating a vibrant, multi-functional hub for youth social engagement and

    academic support, while simultaneously upgrading facility accessibility

    for families. The scope included full MEP/FP engineering and interior

    design, adhering to the YMCA’s brand standards to deliver a high-impact


      West Suburban YMCA | Newton, MA

       

      Client: City of Newton

      Size: 35,000 s.f.

      The West Suburban YMCA project was an addition to the existing facility that included a six-lane competition swimming pool, a gymnasium with overhead running track, and a new women's locker room with sauna and steam room. The project also included selective renovation of the exiting building. 

       The architecture of the new addition compliments and enhances the existing 1902 building while housing all the amenities of a state-of-the-art YMCA.
