• Countertop selections for all baths, kitchen, and butler’s pantry 
• Finish millwork planning 
• Styles, colors/stains 

• Custom built-in designs 
• Interior and exterior paint schedules 
• Architectural molding selections and details 
• Door styles and hardware
• Cabinet hardware
• Wood floor and banister stain selections 
• Carpet selections for bedrooms and closets
