Architectural Addition and Remodel including Interior Décor Services

This existing residential home needed some TLC. SGA was contracted to provide design services incorporating an addition, encompassing a new master suite, great room, and mudroom to add much needed space for this family of four. Cosmetic upgrades throughout the existing bathrooms and bedrooms of the home enhanced this remodel, including specification of all decorative finishes including tile, lighting, plumbing and décor. 

Architectural upgrades were also made to the front elevation for added curb appeal and function. Architectural design turned this into a more modern style home with upgraded appeal, competing with new builds in the area.
